Bolivia is an interesting country. At nearly 12,000 feet above sea level, La Paz is the highest capital city in the world. It’s hard to breathe. Coca leaves are an important part of culture. Lake Titicaca shares its border with Peru. To the south, the salt flats take up huge chucks of land. The south of Bolivia, Cochebamba, is as different from La Paz as night and day.
